The Internet &.... JJC?
After watching "The Social Network", it really struck me that the internet is just a freaking dreamland whereby we express our thoughts and creations in code. Those lucky few who got the attention succeeds. Those who don't, simply just slip back into the drain.
But what's fascinating is that we could create things over and over again on the internet, without people realising it. We can fail time after time. But once we got discovered, life is sweet as it seems. Yes, Facebook happened. It did not really happen, but people were just attracted to it once it got created. Of course kudos to the creator of it. (Still can't get his name right. Mark Zukegsakljgksladjberg?) Sorry.
Yea, I just ate my pear so I'm kinda bloated now. I almost fell asleep just now on the bed, but I realised I gotta print out something else for the camp tomorrow.
I got a Facil Camp to facilitate for tomorrow and next week. I hope this would be fun? Yea it will be of course. I sense a couple of JJC students reading this blog and hoping to dig out some facts from me. What you wanna know, just ask ---> Tagboard.
By the way to those JJC students, no offence, but after a year in JJC, it just made me feel more depressed that I'm in such a school. :( It's disappointing that the school has such great latecoming rate that the school had to bring in some lame CWO measures. It's disappointing that the school had to enforce such attire rules so that we will follow them. I mean if the school spots no problem with our current attire, why would they want to implement a new one? You know how the school runs, they discuss about a certain problem in the school. And how do we fight this system? We make it as though there are NO problem at all. Come on, if all of the guys shorts are tapered, and it's a "School Uniform", why not? I mean it's neat, clean, and most of all, everybody's pants are tapered. It's UNIFORM.
If you think this is twisting the rules, I beg to differ.
People attend colleges and schools to receive an education. Mr Leow mentioned to us, what is education? Well here is what education is all about. It's to make us LEARN something. What's right, and what's wrong. It's not for us to blindly follow a certain set of rules that others set for you. Yes, in other words, nothing is right, nothing is wrong. Do anybody have the rights to take the right of wearing whatever we like away from us? Maybe it's arguable that by entering the school, we have already accepted that we shall follow the school rules. Oh of course, we shall follow it. We follow it our way.
JJC, no rules are perfect. No laws are without loopholes, no internet security systems are free of bugs and glitches. If there's a sentence here, there's bound to be errors.
That's the logic, of perfection. It does not exist.
