cuz ever since the start of this year, or perhaps last year too, the latest to fall in has always been you guys. it may not say much, but imagine us the current NCOs waiting for you guys to fall-in? and u all are sec3s already. not young anymore. role model to the juniors and such.
please be on time ok? i'll see next training.

as to fion, i'm not belittling all of you as a whole. but imagine somebody spreading rumours that is not true, and hurting other people?
i repeat again, i'm not belittling all of you as a whole, but please try to convince the rest that what they are doing is really going to be quite harmful to people that's not even in the unit.
i can explain, but why explain in the end while you can prevent it from happening?
prevention is always better than cure right?
i'm sorry if you guys took my words as a critism.
if everybody is gonna provoke our current batch of NCOs, what do you think will happen to u? put urself in our shoes. if ur own squad is doing this to you. how would you feel?
all these are some burden and responsibility that an NCO would need to carry.
in 3 more month, all of you will have your first taste of being an NCO. =)

but agree to something please, stop doing what you dont want others to do to you.
to those who are already starting to have a mindset what type of NCO you want to be, keep the spirit going!
and to those who still have no idea what to do, or what have you done wrong, i hope the rest could give them a hand, cuz you all are a squad, believe it or not, when you guys are NCO, you all will bond more, at the same time, conflicts may come in more.

and also, leave her alone, she is not part of npcc, so dont disturb people who you dont even know.
